From Prague and back

A little trip to escape the winter pollution of the city took us to a small town in the north of Bohemia called Turnov. It is already one of our favorite places to go to in summer. This time we were discovering its winter charm.

One of our adventures was a trip on a very old steam train from Turnov to Stara Paka in the mountains. It was snowing outside. The steam locomotive with three carriages dated almost 120 years back. The smell from the burning coal and the freezing cold on the carriages unless you were just a few feet from a small stove placed in the middle made us appreciate the times we live in much more.
